Is your doctor not in our Provider Network?

At MaineSense, we are continually working to add high-quality doctors and facilities to our provider network. Some doctors may not be in our network for one of the following reasons:

• They may not have been aware they were in our service area
• They might currently be in the process of becoming Network Providers
• They may not meet our criteria
• They may have chosen not to participate in our network

If your provider is in Maine and you would like to request that he or she be added to our network, please complete the form below. Once we have received your request, we will be happy to begin researching the reasons your provider is not in the network. Depending on the reason your provider is not in our network, the process of adding your provider to the network could take up to 90 days, if they choose to be added. To speed the process along, you can also ask your provider to contact MaineSense directly to initiate the process at 1-800-348-9804.
